To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal
Once the return has been registered you will receive an email with your return label and return instructions within 2-3 business days.
Make sure to always save the receipt and return tracking number until your refund has been processed. Note that only items from the same order can be sent back in the same parcel.
Please note that if you have a claim you have to register this in our Return Portal, no longer by contacting our customer service.
Previously, NA-KD absorbed all duty and import costs and shipped orders Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) to our U.S. customers. However, because of recent changes in U.S. tariffs, we are no longer able to fully absorb the increasing Duty & Processing fees due to:
- Additional U.S. government tariffs (on top of existing tariffs), particularly for goods manufactured overseas, especially those originating from China.
- Carrier processing and administrative handling fees.
As a result, we now pass on a portion of the charges through this non-refundable flat fee at checkout. We charge this fee to ensure there are no unexpected costs upon delivery, allowing for a faster and more seamless shipping experience.
NA-KD continues to absorb part of the duty charges to minimize the impact on our customers.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the package. Please register your return under 'My Orders' in the Return Portal.
Our return process takes up to 14-21 days from when the carrier received your return. During peak seasons, handling time for returns might be slightly higher.
A return fee will be be deducted from the refunded amount. As soon as your return has been handled you will be refunded through the original payment method you chose for your order.
You are welcome to follow your return parcel by using your return tracking number in our Tracking Portal.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with all shipping information.

Please keep in mind that it might take 24-48 hours from the moment your parcel is shipped for tracking information to be updated.
If you have already received the shipping confirmation and the package is blocked in transit, do not hesitate to contact us.
Sadly, it is not possible for us to cancel your order or modify sizes or items once it has started being processed.
If you wish to cancel it due to an incorrect address, please do not hesitate to contact us if your order still has not been shipped.
