Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with all shipping information.

* Delivery times might be slightly longer during peak season due to more orders being placed, carriers having more parcels to deliver, and other logistic factors such as bad weather. We will of course send you an update about your order should anything be out of the ordinary. You can find the most up-to-date delivery times at the checkout.

If you have already received the shipping confirmation and the package is blocked in transit, do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately we are not able to apply current discounts code to orders that have already been placed / processed.

To receive a return label you need to register your return through our Return Portal at na-kd.com/returns.

Once the return has been registered you will receive an email with your return label and return instructions within 2-3 business days.

If you are experiencing technical issues, you can try the following: 

• Make sure you have chosen the correct country on the start page. On your mobile device, you’ll find the flag at the very bottom of the page. 
• Clear your cache, close all open tabs and remove all items from your shopping bag and put them back in.
• Use Google Chrome as your browser.
• Make sure to enter all the details in your address fully and correctly.
• Try using a different payment method.
